3-YEAR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

Confidence in the work behind the finish.

Oakridge’s 3-year workmanship warranty supports the renovation work we complete, subject to your written project terms.

Workmanship and products are different.

Our workmanship

The workmanship warranty concerns issues with Oakridge’s installation work within the coverage described in your project agreement.

Manufacturer coverage

Fixtures, appliances, flooring and other products may carry their own manufacturer warranties. Their coverage and claim requirements are separate.

What the warranty covers

This is an overview of our 3-year workmanship warranty. Your written project documents set out the applicable coverage and terms for the work completed. If you are unsure whether a concern relates to workmanship, contact us so we can review it.

What is outside workmanship coverage

Normal wear, misuse, inadequate maintenance and damage unrelated to our workmanship are not workmanship defects. Product failures may fall under a manufacturer’s warranty instead. We review concerns against the project scope and written terms rather than determining coverage from a photograph alone.

How to raise a concern

Contact info@oakridgeremodeling.ca or 306-450-5433 with your name, project location, a description of the issue and when you first noticed it. Photographs are helpful where available.
We will review the information and discuss the appropriate next step. If further inspection is needed to understand the cause, we will arrange that with you.

Care after completion

Follow the care and maintenance instructions for the products and finishes in your renovation. Keep your project documents and product warranty information so they are available if a concern develops.

Your project terms and rights

The written project agreement governs the warranty for your renovation. This website overview does not replace that agreement or limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
