RENOVATIONS FOR THE WAY YOU LIVE

Make more of
your everyday.

Your bathroom should work as well as it looks. We renovate existing family bathrooms, primary ensuites and powder rooms, helping you make practical decisions about space, materials and budget.

Choosing a bathroom renovation contractor in Regina

Ask for completed bathroom projects, a written scope with allowances and exclusions, the shower waterproofing specification, trade coordination and written warranty terms. Oakridge brings those details together: documented Regina bathroom renovations, HydroBlok or an equivalent suitable system for tiled wet areas, qualified trade partners and a 3-year workmanship warranty.

Check our BBB accreditation and A+ rating, client reviews, Houzz project galleries and the completed projects below before requesting a bathroom consultation.

CHOOSE WHAT WORKS FOR YOU

Different finishes.
The same care underneath.

01

Bathtub & surround

A practical choice for a family bathroom. Pair a new tub with a manufactured wall system or properly waterproofed tile, depending on your priorities.

02

Easy-care shower

An acrylic base with manufactured walls, including options such as MAAX U-Tile, can deliver a clean finish with fewer grout joints.

03

Custom tiled shower

Create a tailored look with selected tile, glass and details such as a niche. A complete waterproofing system is part of the construction, not an optional upgrade.

THE WORK YOU DON’T SEE MATTERS

Beautiful tile starts
behind the tile.

Tile and grout are the finish. The waterproofing system behind them helps protect your home. For tiled showers and tiled tub surrounds, Oakridge uses HydroBlok or an equivalent suitable waterproofing system.
We plan the base, wall assembly, corners, niches and plumbing openings as one system. The existing framing and floor also need to be ready for the work that follows.

A clear scope when conditions change.

Opening an older bathroom can reveal concealed damage or previous work that needs correction. We explain the findings and discuss the scope and cost before proceeding with additional work.

GOOD QUESTIONS. STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

Before we
start building.

A little clarity now makes the next step easier.

How much should I budget for a bathroom renovation in Regina?

A straightforward full three-piece bathroom commonly starts with a planning range of $14,000–$22,000 including GST and PST. Custom showers, larger ensuites, plumbing moves and premium selections can cost more. Use our bathroom budget calculator and cost guide to explore your options, then have the room assessed for a project-specific estimate.

Yes. We review the available space, drain location, access and the type of shower system you want. A manufactured wall system and acrylic base offer a different scope from a custom tiled shower. The right choice depends on your layout, maintenance preferences and budget.

We can help you work through the selections and the allowances included in your estimate. Vanities, fixtures, tile, flooring, glass and lighting are coordinated around the agreed design and budget. Bring inspiration photos and tell us which details matter most.

We provide a project-specific schedule after reviewing the room, selections and trade scope. Before construction, we discuss the planned start and the sequence of demolition, trade work, shower preparation, installation and finishing, including access to the bathroom. If this is your only bathroom, tell us before scheduling so access and practical arrangements can be discussed. Product lead times, custom glass, required inspections and concealed conditions can affect completion; we discuss changes as they arise.

Oakridge uses a cost-plus approach and weekly invoicing. The estimate sets out the scope and allowances, and we discuss changes or concealed conditions as they arise. Your project agreement explains the payment terms and how additional work is handled.

Our three-year workmanship warranty covers our workmanship. We explain the written terms, applicable exclusions and any separate manufacturer warranties as part of your project agreement. Ask us about the coverage for your specific bathroom scope.

Yes. We renovate small bathrooms, family bathrooms, primary ensuites and powder rooms throughout Regina. We also consider projects in nearby communities. Share your location when requesting a consultation, or visit our service area page.

It depends on the work. The City of Regina says a permit is required for bathroom renovations that change plumbing, windows or walls, while cosmetic changes and fixture replacements are excluded from that renovation category. We review the proposed scope with you and identify permit requirements before work begins. See the City’s renovation permit guidance for the current rules.

Yes. Tell us about mobility needs early in the planning stage. We can review shower entry, layout, fixture placement and other accessibility features for the room; the workable options depend on its dimensions, structure and plumbing. We will discuss the scope and selections before giving a project-specific estimate.

CONFIDENCE AFTER COMPLETION

3-year workmanship warranty.

The relationship continues after the final walkthrough. Your renovation is backed by Oakridge’s three-year workmanship warranty, with the written terms explained in your project agreement.
Product and manufacturer warranties are separate. We will explain which coverage applies to your selected fixtures and materials.
