The core level prices basic preparation; every priced selection can be changed independently. Unselected or retained items are excluded from their replacement allowance.

No name or email is required to see a rough range. Nothing is automatically sent to Jobber for acceptance.

Planning range, not a quote. Displayed ranges include modeled labour, materials, selected component allowances, GST and PST. Engineering, hazardous materials, concealed damage, permit variations and major utility upgrades need separate review. Final scope and tax treatment are confirmed before an estimate is issued.

What changes the investment?

Cabinet quantity, tall storage, drawers and custom details influence cost more than floor area alone.
Moving plumbing, adding island power or opening a wall introduces trade work and possible engineering requirements.
A kitchen renovation is different from a whole-main-floor project. Appliances and flooring outside the kitchen are not included in this calculation.

Before you plan your project.

Does the calculator include appliances?

Only if you add them. Enter the number of new appliances to include a provisional allowance for each, or leave the count at zero to exclude them. Final models, delivery, installation and utility needs must be confirmed.

How do I measure cabinetry?

Measure the length of each wall run once, not upper and lower cabinets separately. The allowance assumes a typical mix of base and wall cabinets. Enter the island separately using the island option.

What if I want to remove a wall?

Select the closest option. Structural or unassessed wall work receives a provisional allowance, but engineering, temporary support and hidden services must be assessed before a reliable scope can be prepared.
