REGINA · TARGETED BATHROOM UPDATE

A vanity replacement with a clean finish.

Removing the old vanity exposed wall areas that needed repair. Oakridge handled the drywall and paint work, then installed a wood-look cabinet, white stone-look counter and matte black faucet.

PROJECT AT A GLANCE

Regina, SK

Completed residential project

Vanity and sink area

Vanity replacement, drywall repair and paint

Original white bathroom vanity and large mirror before replacement
Before · Original white vanity

THE STARTING POINT

The old vanity came out first.

The existing sink area had a long white vanity beneath a wide mirror. Once the cabinet was removed, the wall and plumbing connections behind it were exposed.

The team repaired the drywall and painted the area before fitting the replacement cabinet and counter. Keeping the wall finish in the same scope meant the new vanity could be installed against a clean surface.

THE WORK

Wall repair before the new vanity.

Removing the old vanity exposed the wall and plumbing connections behind it. Drywall repair and paint prepared that area for the new cabinet, white counter and black faucet.

THE RESULT

A fresher sink area without a full remodel.

The completed vanity brings warm wood tones, a clean white sink and matte black fittings to the bathroom. The wall repair and paint work make the change feel finished, even though this was a focused update to one part of the room.
