PROJECT AT A GLANCE
Regina, SK
Regina character home
Compact galley kitchen
Documented Oakridge renovation

Before · Regina character home
THOUGHTFULLY PLANNED. CAREFULLY BUILT.
The starting point.
The narrow galley footprint called for careful decisions. The goal was to improve the kitchen without losing the character or pretending the room had unlimited space.
BEFORE & AFTER
See what changed.

BEFORE · Regina character home

AFTER · Regina character home
The renovation retained the compact galley arrangement, with wall preparation and rough-in work supporting the new cabinetry and finishes. Full-height storage makes use of the vertical space.
The details that made the difference.
Character in the cabinetry
Muted green cabinetry gives the room its identity, with brass details adding warmth.
A hardworking finish mix
Wood counters and an apron-front sink bring a practical, welcoming feel to the galley.
A considered floor
Hexagonal marble-look flooring adds definition without needing a larger footprint.
A CLOSER LOOK
From preparation to the finished room.

During construction · Removal of the original finishes

During construction · Exposed walls and preparation

After · Cabinetry and counter details

After · The opposite view through the galley
THE RESULT
A renovation shaped by this home.
A compact footprint can still support a complete transformation. Here, the storage, palette and preparation work matter more than making the kitchen larger.
